A practicing painter for over forty years she started creating textile art in 2013 after receiving a gift of kimonos.
She has widely exhibited in solo and group shows both in the UK and Austria and Japan including the historical importance of acceptance of a piece in The Royal Academy of Art 2009 Summer Exhibition
